Visor measurements for diffrent helmets

I have been cranking out lenses for TK and TB armor for a while... I try to offer a pretty good quality lens for a real good price. I have a ton of plastic, and coule do Mando lid visors for a good price.

I need though a rough Idea for a one size fits all type of lens. What are the standard measurements that would fit most lids? I have never laid eyes on a Fett or Jango lid...

I machine cut these outta grade 3 green, about 1/8th thick.

Well I would suggest that for a one size fits all you have the following
34cm length which would cover the brow area. with a 4cm depth at each end leading to a 7cm depth before the vertical visor area.
Then for the vertical part of the T piece make the width 7cm once more, with a central depth of 20cm.
This would provide enough material to allow for trimming as well as provide points to drill and mount the visor on the inside.
