Here's a few more pics after some adjustments and with the vest and back plate on. I think I'm gonna give myself another half an inch to an inch more slack to the white straps so they're more visible.

I'm hoping to save it, but I won't really mind having to redo everything. The color is a little off from the rest of the armor.You'll most likely have to sand down and reapply the green. There's a chemical reaction happening causing that cracking.
I think I was having an issue with the spray can itself. Might have been a bad can, halfway through spraying it ended up changing the color tone and coming out rough. Not a fan of those 2X rustoleum cansThat paint texturing is problem called orange peeling. Your 1st layer may not have been fully dried. If your paint and material are different temperatures that can cause it too. Using two different paint brands, or types of paint can cause it as well. Nice work though.
