I am ordering a second hollow stalk as I am going to have to do some work on it to make it fit my helmet and I may hose it up so I'd like to have a backup. I need to shave down the outer diameter of the lower portion by 2mm and then bore out the inner hole so I can fit the motor shaft in the middle. I also have the honeywell switch for the RF stalk and that will require some light sanding on my helmet to make sure it fits in the socket correctly. Apparently bobamakers opening for the microswitch is just a hair too small (like 0.5-1mm). Once I start that endeavor, I will post more pictures of my progress.
