While watching the 2nd Episode of the Mandalorian I positively identified a Prop (see screenshots). Since I was using this very tool during my apprenticeship as a Goldsmith on a daily basis...I´m quite sure that this is a correct statement. Maybe it is of some use to you guys... It is a gas burner for fine soldering work.
