It just seems to me that if you look at it from the perspective of what kids like to pretend they are playing with, and which characters they like to imitate, it's no contest. Over the years, hands down the lightsaber is the one. I don't think I ever pretended to be Green Lantern when I was a kid. Now that I've said that, I'm sure they will make a blockbuster movie about Green Lantern this summer.

Man, the Gravity Gun got jipped as well. What's up with all the Halo cheese? As well as Final Fantasy swords. BFG9000 shoulda been higher as well. Oh well. Lightsabers rule.
