YesI like the shot glass in the last pic. You definitely deserve a drink after this great build. Great job. :cheers![]()
Thanks for the link! I'll definately be going all out for the finish on this. I think the fur is going to really make this piece. Oh and I like your quote, we came up with this one back at the shop;" Every success begins with failure."This is fantastic. As a suggestion, I think a project like this requires the best when it comes to putting the hair on it - whether you go for punched hair or glued, this needs the good stuff.

I used to work for a mascot building company, which is how I got introduced to this stuff. I have also used your technique for making a head sculpt... but all my head sculpts were big funny cartoony animal heads. LOL
Some clays can be hard to work at room temp. I usully sculpt in Le Beau Touche' HM by Chavant. You can soften it in the microwave, and work the surface with 3m citrus based cleaner to soften it, and alcohol to dry it back out.Wow , I love star wars and I love that sculpt.
What kind of clay you using, I have used chavant medium grade to do sculpts but I really cant get it to do anything, having to heat it to workable is a real pain aswell.
