SoCal members: Jeremy and Daniel in LA

Didn't see this posted (sorry if it's a repeat) but I saw this link over on RPF:

Jeremy Bulloch and Daniel Logan will be at a collectible show in City of Industry on May 31st.
If you're close enough to go, and have never met Jeremy, might be a good opportunity. Tell him you're a member of TDH and watch his face light up.

Check the vendor list for the show - a bit odd. Do you think they are really coming?

I saw Daniel there back in january with Ray Park (Darth Maul),Bonnie Piesse (Young Aunt Beru),Margo Apostolos (ewok) ,Debbie Lee Carrington (Ewok & also in Total Recall)& Anthony Forrest ("Move Along" Sandtrooper) all on the same day
So yeah, they do get people 8)
The 2 ewok girls signed the hood of my Ewok, Ray park signed a figure for my uncle's birthday & Anthony signed a vintage 12 inch sandtrooper for me
Anthony & i chatted for a while about his son (also named Nathan) about sports & such
Daniel came by the changing room & said hi & thanx to all the people that had suited up
Nice people all around


About a half dozen Boba's from SoCal are gonna be there
We are trying to have a Boba costume contest with JB as a judge
We haven't asked him yet though

Jeremy was looking at our costumes & told me that we "Did a right proper job" and that we had "all the right bits"
So, I guess we did ok on our costumes

You guys pic your favorites, & we'll discuss them

Oh yeah,
When Jeremy came in , I was still in street clothes
He walked straight up to me cause I was wearing a TDH shirt
He said how great the guys at TDH were because the presented him with a full costume in April
He said it was wonderful & that everyone did a great job
I told him that I knew he had received a costume & I really liked the jet pack
He said that the jet pack was fantastic
I said I know, I painted it
He said "you're Nate?"
I laughed that he knew who made what
I asked him if he'd sign my jet pack, because I had signed his

We went inside & discussed Costumes & such for a few minutes
JB said he likes the ESB because the all-green scheme looks better & that it was not as flashy as ROTJ
I told him ROTJ was better & we laughed & had a good time

Later that day, I brought him my Jet Pack to sign & he told me "it's the wrong color, it's supposed to be green!"
He signed it anyway

That was definitely a great event. Danie and I had a great time. It was cool to hang out with y'all again, and Jeremy was the complete gentleman, as always.
