Big update! Pretty much just the helmet needs to be repainted. Which will hopefully be done in the next day or 3. Timothy is sending me all of this tomorrow
My Sideshow Child is also coming on Friday. So hopefully I can get everything attached for a full suit up this weekend. Excited!

Time to get my soft parts ready for my armor bits. I'm adding industrial velcro strips to hold it all in place.
Here's all of the soft bits without the armor, which should be here tomorrow (except for the helmet). It's actually super comfy!

I have everything tacked on and in place! Need to fortify some of the velcro attachments (especially the shoulders), but I'm loving it!
Can't wait for the Child/baby Yoda, my helmet and left gauntlet to get here next week!

Could you let me know how you end up attaching the armor? What specific kinds of glue and velcro you use? Was researching magnets, etc, but would love to hear what you decide to go with! I have all of my armor ready to go, just need to figure out an attachment method.

Thanks man! I ended up stitching industrial velcro (soft side) to my suit. I glued the hook side to my armor using E6000 (currently drying, needs at least 24 hours to cure).
I'll take some detailed shots once it's all secured!

They're a pretty tight fit, so they won't slide. If they did I'd probably either pad it a bit with foam or use some velcro to pin it to the sleeve of either my flights uit or gloves.
The bracers have velcro hinges on the inside on one side and magnets on the other. So they can easily be opened and closed
