Clone trooper helmet at Target

Hi there fellow Fett-heads! I found a clone trooper helmet at target with voice changer for $29.99. It says it will fit most people (ages 6-adult). Has anyone bought one of these? It looked a little small. Anyone have any measurements on it? I'd like to get some input before I drop $30 on something only to find out it won't fit. I'm not looking for dead-on screen accurate or 501st quality, just a decent bucket that will fit.

There are two other threads discussing this, I think they decided that if you were to mod the visor, and give some interior padding, along with some exterior weathering, it could be troop-able.
