I will post the next facts here, because the first post is already too big and is hard too go through all the informations.
I'm focusing now mainly on the Supertrooper suit. Some of the information is not new, I think is good to point out some of the facts regarding the Supertrooper:
Some images are from the Pre-Pro #1 suit (the bonnet and the pistol ones).
It seems that some of the facts about Boba Fett, as we know it now, are wrong or distorted by others. One of the things that was wrongly attributed to the Sister Helmets (Sandy Helmets = Pre-Pro #2, Sandy and ROTJ Hero) were the dental files in the back of the helmets, in the keyhole area attached to the MQ-1 board. As I recently noticed (check out this thread ==>
Dental Files On The Supertrooper Helmet?), it seems that the Supertrooper helmet already had this feature and most likely it was present on the Pre-Pro #1 helmet too (the Supetrooper suit was converted to the Pre-Pro #1).
The next file is my speculation regarding the list of suits in the build order:
The fact that the first suit says 'Complete and in U.S.A.' shows us that this is the Supertrooper/Pre-Pro #1 suit.
The suits No. 2, 3 and 4 (not necessary in that order) are the Sister (or Sandy) suits, because we know that she painted all three suits together and the Pre-Pro #2 photo shoot was in late October 1978, before the Holiday Special.
The suit No. 5 and 6 are the Pre-Pro #3 and the ESB suit, not sure which numbers, but I'm sure that the suit No. 6's helmet is the Pre-Pro #3 one (it says 'painted grey and sent to U.S.A.') while the sheet No. 2 says 'BACKPACK - SFX Dept. E.M.I.', this is why the Pre-Pro #3 suit has the Pre-Pro #1 Jetpack and gauntlets in those photo shoots.

There are another two images (which was presented in the first post of this thread) that are full of information about the Supertrooper/Boba Fett suits. These images were shooted before 3rd of October 1978 (the date of the first Boba Fett Progress Report) because the image shows at least 5 helmets, while the report had two helmets already in the U.S.A.
--------------------------
And last but not least, here is a stenogram of the Supertrooper footage made in 1978, June the 28th at George Lucas's home. This will help to better understand the Supertrooper suit and the transformation to Boba Fett. While the file is not perfect and there might be some wrong words or gramatical mistakes (remember that I'm not an excellent english speaker and I did this file listening the footage and trying to write down all I tought it was correct) I think you will understand the essence of it.
