With the right section done, the rear half of the band is complete.
Moving around to the front!

Here's the damage at the corner of the visor. I'll start working across the brow next.

The left half of the brow is finished. Moving around to the right side.

I got the right side of the brow finished this evening. Diving into the mandibles next!

The upper part of the right mandible is done... whew!
There's a ton of tiny details to paint in this area and it really helps define Fett's "face."
Since I do the damage topically, I'm including a collage showing how I build up the colors.

I completed the remaining parts of the right mandible. Time to work on the ears, and then the weathering stages!

Viewoptic requested a little additional detail on this helmet, which is to replicate the detail that exists on the ear platforms.
This can be seen in some reference images from several years ago when the helmet was cast by Efx.

The left ear platform is detailed up.

Threw some self etching primer on the ears.

The ears have their base colors on.

I weathered the RF stalk and topper.

Started working on the ear markings. When the black arch is dry, I'll do the white markings on both ears.

The RF ear parts are finished. I'll apply the other small black markings after clear coat. The left ear is all that remains!
