Superjedi's FPH2 for Jbdubz

Thanks, guys! The work week limits my hobby time. But I'll be just about done with the helmet this weekend. :)

Mr. DJ, I use Microbrushes to apply the masking fluid.

They come in a handful of different sizes. They're really useful for various tasks.

FINAL UPDATE: DAY 60

Complete! :)

I've been working on the final details and assembly the past few days, and today's the day! Everything is finished!
I'm still waiting for the hollow stalk for Jeremy's light kit, but I have painted and assembled an RF with a solid stalk
and 2 dummy red LEDs. With this helmet, the stalk is very easy to swap out. It's just a matter of removing the
outer ear cap and the pivot screw for the stalk.

Since the last update, I've done my pastel weathering, and the final weathering pass including the spatter. Here's
a selection of final pics showing Fett looking quite Fettley. First the front.

Now the back.

Thanks to everyone who followed along with this build, and thanks especially to Jeremy for allowing me
the opportunity to work on his helmet!

Until next time.

Thanks, all. :)

Awesome mate. Consider that new back panel green colour completely nailed my friend!

Jonny, thanks, but can't take credit for it. I think I mentioned earlier on in the thread that I had to really do some close
examination of reference pics to make the change from my custom blend to RLM73. I may be stubborn, but when something
looks better than what I've been using, I can accept it and adapt.

Absolutely mate, but you still have to take credit for applying it perfectly, and having it blend in conjunction with all the other colours and weathering. Just a beautiful, beautiful paint-up!

I'll tell ya, if you ever learned how to take proper photos, you'd own the commission game. She looks stunning. I don't know what it is, since I'm a fan of each and every one of your paintups, but for some reason, this one looks special.

Excellent work. You've paid so many dues, so consistently and thoroughly, I'm genuinely surprised you didn't get a knock on your door from ANOVOS.

Bravo, Eric. And congratulations, jbdubz. For anybody contemplating commissions, you're in good hands with superjedi.
