New toys(tools), new armor!

Hey guys,


Taking a small break from master chief to play with my new toys! I went and used my Tax Return for a Scroll Saw, Sander, and some wood. So I traced a temp onto a piece of wood, cut it out and started sanding. This is what I ended up with...needs a little more work tho!

Next, finish all the other pieces, make a cast, then have good armor for once!

Wow! That's really cool! At first, I thought you were just going to wear wooden armour, hah. Be sure to make sure there is no visible grain before you cast it!!

Heat up some sintra and push it into a pillow like seeker did.

im thinking of putting a layer of bondo over it and sanding it down. me and bondo...gotta love that stuff!!!

I was thinking about that. i might...but i can never get the sintra to look quite the way i want it to...the first boba costume i seen was a Manofwar's...so i guess im picky on the look...
