New (Dec 2015) MOW ROTJ Gauntlets

Just received my new (Dec 2015) ROTJ Gauntlets from MOW as unassembled. Searched here but most threads appear to pertain back to when Christian was sending the kit assembled. Anyone out there seen an assembly tutorial for the new unassembled MOW ROTJ Gauntlets?

Any help would be appreciated.

This is an ESB build but the same basic principles apply. I did this set with a hinge and clip closure method, which works best with a full (meaning tops and bottoms) resin/fiberglass set like MOWs.

the hinge you can get at home depot or ace hardware..anyplce like that.

the clips you can get at strapworks.com just search center release buckles..its the smallest one they offer

Excellent and thanks for the assist. The new ROTJ Gauntlet set comes with the hinge set and the clips, Just need to cut the Aluminum sheet (supplied) into strips, hole punch and thread through the clips then mount inside the Gauntlets. Thinking it might be a good Idea for me to create the Photo Tutorial on the new assembly like you did yous and post when I finish the build. Thanks again.

Oh, nice! thats cool he included that stuff. Aside from the first pair i got from MOW, which were pre-assembled, back in 2009...all the ones ive buit for myself and others never came with anything..i had to buy everything for it..so thats pretty cool he does that now, even if its just an option.
