Mandalorian Mercs Custom Mandalorian Costume Club.

We've started a list for any customs who are attending DragonCon and want to participate with us in the parade. Looks like were gonna have around 13 customs right now, but we would love to have more! I put in for 25 ribbons, so we have plenty extra for those of you who want to join the Mando brigade at the parade.

We're now up to 32 costumed members. I know that may not sound like alot, however you have to remember that the scope of the type of club we provide is small because we. 30 members was a milestone for us, now were working towards 50.

I also want to throw a big thanks out there to everyone who has been supporting us, and to TDH for allowing us this sticky.
 
Our tutorial library has received almost 1000 hits in the near 2 months we've been working on it. Because of places like TDH, Mercs, and HV&M we've been able to catalog and publish to the web tutorials such as painting techniques, making your own electronics, templates, from scratch how-to's, etc. We also give credit through link to the communities that provide the tutorials, which helps generate members and visibility for all our communities on the web.

If you have a tutorial you would like the library to host, please let us know!
 
Hey Novall, quick question here; I'm not a member yet because I haven't exactly finished my work...but I plan on hopefully joining.

So, is it alright if I post an article on the wiki on my character, if I am not a member of the group?
 
Any of you SoCal vode who have been looking for a clan, were putting one together as we speak over at Mercs for you guys. Morpheus1977, Eagleskull, and Untried_Hunter are helping us out with this...but any of you customs down there that want to get together for all-custom events and such please feel free to hop onboard. The mandos are gathering in SoCal
 
Mercs will be sponsoring a group photo at DragonCon for all custom Mandalorians as well as any Bobas, Jangos, Jasters, and Jodos (wow thats alot of J's) who would like to be part of it. A couple of these photographs are slated to be sent to Karen Traviss, which she is expecting. I am going to try to have a sign-up sheet at the TDH table on Friday, as the pictures will be taken after the parade on Saturday.

So shine or dent up your armor...we got pictures to take!

You should probably have it the same day as the TDH Photo (if there is one)
 
We've revamped our membership form a bit. Added some new sign-up specializations that we didn't have in the original form. Some of you all had asked for certain specializations, and those that we received multiple requests for have been entered. Hope these service your needs a bit more.

I had the opportunity to meet a bunch of members of the Mandalorian Mercs at Dragon Con. I have to say that y'all are quite a great group of folks, and y'all have some quite impressive custom Mandos!:eek::thumbsup::thumbsup: Here are a couple of pictures I got from Dragon Con. Feel free to post them on the Mando Mercs forum. If anybody wants them full-size, please let me know.
