i've never noticed this untill now....i guess i havent done my homework as thorough as i should have.
im sure this has been posted b4, but i see on the ROTJ screencap that the collar/backplate has a metal clip of some sort to hold the back onto the collar.

and i also never noticed the harness strap seems to be a grey color or something. this is new too me neway!

has anyone used this method yet??

There are a few people that have done that with their JP's. There should be pics in the JP section some place.

DragonFett actually did a whole bunch of research on this very topic and recreated a screen accurate jet pack harness. I have one, and the entire harness system keeps the :jet pack very stable. I was actually able to dance with the thing on and not have to worry about it falling off.

HMMM thats funny because the first thing that I notice3d in the pic is the top of the backplate is more cloud shaped instead of just a half circle cut out......

~ya, ive actually noticed the way the backplate is shaped b4.
and now i think i do remember the harness topic. :facepalm

but that metal clip on the left shoulder side of the backplate is what really got me, thats completly new to me!
