he has no grounds to do so ...... infact MOW should take legal action against him
Actually, MOW has no grounds for legal action either since what he's doing; what pretty much every backyard/garage propper is doing is technically illegal. Luckily the Lucas people have been very tolerant, if not, supportive of the Star Wars prop community but when it comes right down to it they're both (WOW and the recaster) are making and selling unlicensed replicas and somehow I don't think that's going to sit very well with a judge. I think that handling it "in house" as it were is the best way to go; he (JediJeffrey) might get a few sales from unknowing buyers but the greater propping community and esp. the 501st & Rebel Legion will know him as a reacaster and nobody in or associated with those communities will ever do business with him. And unless he sells his stuff at a heavy discount I don't he'll be getting enough business to make it worth his while.
