How does one cut the tee nuts? What tool is used?

Dremel cut-off wheel. They come in smaller packs but I could find a pic...

What size drill bit was used for the visor and ear pieces

If anyone is having trouble finding the tee nuts at Lowe's, I found them in this bin second shelf down at my store.

Great way of attaching the visor, fortunately I have a good supply of the nuts, might give this a go.... Cheers
