Alpha Series ARC Build

This pic is the bases for this build up. All parts will mimic as close as possible.

Chest piece is an OSCS with slight modifications

Left forearm is at 90%. I kit bashed some of my excess model parts and took some artistic freedoms to add some depth after the initial platform buildup. I will go back and add some greeblies and finer details pieces after it has been painted.

Finished my M-5 ARC Blaster also

Absolutly AWESOME! The ARC's appearance in the comics was always my favorite by far! Can't wait to see it complete... especially that beefed up pauldron!

I think the 501st's ARC requirements are currently under review? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. Would this version of the ARC be approval? Honestly though, who cares! It's gonna kick!

a quick update.

I have all the Major assembly done. I am sill at about 80% complete. And i have alot of weathering still to do not to mention redoing the kama, adding accessories, and details.

I have some tweeking to do on assembly as far as how it wears but it made the 6 mile Mardi Gras route w/ no issues

I really like the use of the non-slip mat on the left vambrace. That stuff is awesome. I used it to make a ballistic mesh vest for a Firefly costume.

O.K. it's back to work on this build. Still awaiting some pieces to finalize the build, but here is a couple of updates for you.

Range Finder is completed!! So that means helmet is done.

Pauldron is completed!! Still working on the AMMO Pouch and bandalier.

If all the parts come in this week I should have this wrapped up this weekend. MORE TO COME.
