Templates of what? Soft parts? Armor? Armor stencils?

Or do you mean stencils for the WOF helmet?

I think there are no soft part templates (at least not public), except those posted in the Boba Fett Costume section.

Yes, that is the only way (it's no one's fault that there are so many helmet types and sizes)... or try to paint it by eye.
