I've used a few techniques in scaling Pepkura models to fit my own head and body frame but somehow it seems t make a project that's....let's say normally 11 pages to print and after i change the scale after my math it says it's 100+ sheets. This can't be right. Anyone know of a great method to scaling Pepakura models better?

You might be getting your units mixed up... Pepakura works in millimeters (1 inch = 25 mm). Most Pep helmets out there are around 300 mm high but for this one you'd have to allow for the fin and go for, say, 325mm as a starting point. You might have to adjust the layout of the unfold a little if you're making a big change in scale.
