I have a cast of the full front HIC made by Stormrider. It is basically the dark black or pewter (or carbonite?) color. When I start assembling the case and the Volvo panels, those will obviously need to be painted. But am I right in thinking the Stormrider casts are an acceptable color without any extra painting? thanks.

The black looks nice but the metallic dark grey will give it more contrast and leave some of the lower areas black to give it some contrast. More important show us your progress!
