I'm getting my MLC sidearm ready for painting, and I just wondered if the trigger was silver or brown.

The reason I ask is, I can't tell in this picture if it's the trigger that's metalic or if it's just a reflection on the gun...

Thoughts...?

Cheers!

I just asked for more pics of that gun in the other thread. Do you have additional pics of it and/or the kit?

Thanks,

Geo

Those are the best reference pics available that I am aware of.

The MLC sidearm isn't a kit. It comes ready to paint. I don't have pictures of it, and it's mostly covered in tape right now, so do a search on MLC sidearm. I'm sure you'll find it in one thread or another.

Cheers!

"how do you go about taking the cord out? do you just yank it out or is there another method?
any input would be Great!!"

185, I have an older video game gun that I've been modifying and it also had a thick wire coming out of the bottom. I just cut it out and filled the hole with two part plumber's epoxy putty and sanded it down. It's alot more durable than bondo, but it's also more difficult to sand. I also used this stuff to make "weld" lines down the seams of my kid's custom jet pack.

I'm using my old tiger paintball gun for the sidearm:

I think it will work once it's painted and molded. I also have to cut off the paintball chamber on the top and fill it in. So far, it's completely gutted and glued in certain spots.

I believe i used to have one of these guns. Does the barrel unscrew from the body?

I know that the ESB Fett sidearm has yet to be positively identified, and it looks pretty much like we never will given the existing state of ESB Fett reference materials.

However, take a peek at what I scored:

This is an old (70's I think) Monteverdi TV Sports Game pistol (model E-825 if you're interested). I think this will look pretty dang nice parked in my holster once I give it a few mods.

You guys like?

Yep, it does. If I remember correctly, (I have this thing packed away right now) you can add an included longer barrel and stock to turn the pistol into a rifle.

<font color="red"> Well according to this diagram

that there was a partial pic of in a previous post it is supposed to be a concussion-grenade launcher. Just thought I'd put in my two cents.

Guys, in theory, this blaster could be one of Jango's westars, it helps with the continuity and plot connection of the two trilogies.

I'm looking for a little detail info regarding the ESB Side Arm "HOLSTER". I was wondering what the general consensus is regarding the material the strapping is made from, I would imagine the color would be Black and the material is...

A. Leather

B. Web Strapping (like the :jet pack Harness)

C. Elastic

D. Rubber

Let's hear your thoughts guys!

THX

:cheers
