Not to de-rail, but I have a question regarding the dull-coat too.... do you dull-coat before or after you do the "black wash" for weathering?

I am going for a BM helmet myself for my upcoming ROTJ.. Dont know if I have the stills to paint it myself.. So far only experience is from TK/TD/TB..
