Looking to identify a Zam

Ok While I was out at Anime Expo over July 4th Weekend in Anheim California I know there was a local 501st Garrison in attendance. I talked with a few of them while I was there, but spent most of my time Costumeing or hanging with friends. Well I was browseing pictures and come across a shot of a Zam that was out there. So Anyone want to claim to know this Zam or be this Zam?
