Home made Borden connector

Didn't want to spend money on a Borden connector so I found a bold lying around my shop that was about the right side and drilled 3 holes into it and threaded it into the cheek. Bondo and primer isn't finished yet. Just wanted to show off my engineering skills haha

Thank you sir. Putting it in chipped some of the putty I applied so I have to fill it again and re-prime
