Getting on runs during the new member period?

Hi there. I'm new, and starting to put my ESB Boba together. I Understand that I can't post TO the cargo hold for 90 days (and 50 posts) and I'm totally cool with that, but would I be able to PM people about getting on their runs before that? I just want to make sure I'm doing everything above board.

Like Woody said you CAN pm anyone selling.

I've had it few times now with guys who can't post in a thread in the Cargo Hold.

Another problem is you can't give a seller feedback scores when your still new.

Just to reiterate what these guys said I was able to get my full fett outfit through PMs before my 90 days/50 posts duty was up. Your best bet is to start an introduction post and ask for help getting items. People were very helpful on who to turn to for stuff.
