Does anyone have 3D files for the ROTJ ears and keyhole components?

I am fairly new to posting on the forum, although I have been a member for quite some time. I am also very fortunate to have access to a full industrial design studio, with commercial 3D printers, that I have access to for personal use.

I'd like to try printing the ears, stalk components, and keyhole components, for an ROTJ helmet that I am working on (working towards lvl 2 501st certification), but do not have enough experience rendering to create them myself. Do any of you have a file you're willing to share, or would you be willing to loan the components so they can be scanned? Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated, and I fully plan on documenting/sharing how it turns out here.
