Boba Fett STL inquiry

I heard rumors that theres an accurate boba fett parts file with all the armor, knee armor, everything for free on here? I recently got a 3d printer and would like to try to print my first armor parts. Most of my boba fett ESB outfit is made from a rubbermaid can but it looks decent enough. Id rather have something that looks official though

I don't want to sound harsh, but you came here storming and requesting 3D files for free and when you got the answer you're still unable to process the information (on other forums these kind of posts are ignored or even got responses that won't be nice):

Ive looked and still see things going up in to over $800. I signed up as a member of Shapeways and still see those prices everywhere.

I dont mean to be repettitive but just to put things in perspective, i have memory retention problems. Been cursed with that for most my life. If i repeat things its not because im being an insistent pain but because i dont remember asking.

The prices are there only if you want to print the files through Shapeways, you don't have to pay to download any of the free files.

Do you have links to the files you're willing to share? I would be so thankful, having a har time finding good sets of stl's

I'm currently printing these, they are very accurate besides the lack of damage bumps and scrapes. Does anyone know if these are 501 approved accurate?

You can add the dents to the armor using a heat gun and a blunt object (the way the originals were done, but whit rocks, according to Johnston). If you manage to eliminate the print lines and do a proper paint job, I don't see why you can't join the 501st.

So I can attest to the excellent work that RafalFett has put into his 3d files. I have printed these out in the original thickness, a thickened set (using Meshmixer) and another reworked set with damage (ESB) with the software sculpting tools.

The challenge with 3D printing will be the thickness that is required for the strength when you compare it to the original vacuum formed ABS. I have spent extensive hours modifying the files and fully admit that they are based on RafalFett hard work. If you wanted to add the damage pre-printing it can be done with the Meshmixer software or add it afterwards with a heat gun.

In my mind RafalFett's files are definitely the go-to for any 3d printed Boba Fett project. That goes for his armour, jetpack and sidearm files.

As to the print lines, yes they can be removed but it takes sand paper, glazing putty and scratch filler primer and most importantly time and patience.
