Seeker no I didn't. I used a dk brown oil dye first, after awhile it tends to lighten up too much so I use a dk brown stain to go over it, if it still lightens up I mix a bit of black oil dye with the dk brown and redye.
 
After looking at many of the hi-res photos, the dark brown seems to be the more accruate color for both ROTJ and ESB. So thats what I will be doing.
 
Please post a comparison pic beofre you dye my belt, the dark brown you have shown seems a bit on the "dark side" for me:lol:

I was thinking something a toch or three lighter..:)

I fixed the lighting to match the actual color

b.t.w. what set up did you use to strap that girth belt I sold you? I'de like to see that...
 
thundrkiss, its not really attached. its just tied to hold around. I actually just ordered a new one since I can't bleach this one. was going to redye it. gotcha on the list.
 
Then if it´s not a lot of trouble, I´d like my belt to be slightly darker than the light brown ones but not as dark as the dark brown ones..:)
