I just did the WOF template, and instead of doing the regular t-visor, I just cut the wide opening, and added fangs. I am gonna add more greebles to the rear and sides, but they will be covered by the kama, just for detail.

I wish I had SAZ's skillz to cast and copy, because when this one is done, it's gonna rock.

I might be able to help, I have watched every mold-making video on the face of planet earth, and when I make my lid, I'll be casting it to make easy copies.

I think it'll be cost prohibitive for me, but I think I'll be able th cast it in two piece, front and back. One side at a time.

I wasn't going to charge you anything bro, just a gift from one vode to another Also, silicone Caulk works pretty well, you can make an entire mold for like $25.

Dude, thank you, I just read it, I think I can do that with this bucket, the face is the only part that I need to cast really, because I can make a new dome for this each time and customize.

Edit: about the dome, I was going to make a form, then vacuum-form over it with the 2.50 for sale signs you can find at home depot. Also, bump caps might work well also. I know skateboard helmets do, but they are kind of expensive.

I dont have the best ideas ever but you could always get a helmet and build off of it
