Why can't I 'Like' things anymore?

If I try to Like' a post by clicking on the icon, it flashes, then goes back to 'Like This Post'. It usually acknowledges that you have clicked the 'Like' icon. This is occurring on my iPad Mini (Safari) and on my PC (Internet Explorer).

When I read the title of your thread, I was going to respond by saying that you're probably dead inside. However, after reading your post, it seems a much more technical question that is best left to someone else to answer.
