Here's the dent! Presented in all of its dented dentliness!
This is my favorite feature of the ESB.

Finished the big scrape on top of the dome.



Killstripes will be next!

Ah, some color! Adding the killstripes takes a lot of masking, but the results are worth it.

I have completed the dome, and laid in the dark color on the outer cheeks.

And here's the red! This really starts to tie the colors together.

Starting to work on the damage on the red areas, beginning with the keyslots.

Worked on the center section of the red band. There's lots of detail in this narrow space!

The back of the helmet is not for the faint of heart, with all the details and all going on here. Well done indeed...

Here's the left section of the band.

The right section of the band is finished as well. This completes the "basic" painting behind the ears.

Working on a couple of the weathering effects this afternoon. First, the white thumbprints! A really odd feature.



Next is the dark vertical stain above the RF ear.



I'll do the tape damage effect below the killstripes before starting the mandible areas.

I finished the tape damage and have started on the mandible areas. First is the corner of the visor.
