Hey I know this may seem like a dumb question, but I'm only 13 and I'm not the greatest of these prints. Is there anyone out there who could help me out? If you have any please let me know. Thanks a million.
What is it exactly you need help with? if its printing these plans you will need adobe software on your computer to print it, or as a PDF, that make sense?

Cutting. Do I cut out these pieces and trace them on a material then glue them together?

Pretty much. Depends a lot on what material you're using how you cut etc. For instance, my first jet pack was made from cardboard tubes and 1/16" illustration board, so the thickness wasn't much of an issue. Once you start using 3 or 6mm sintra, the thickness needs to be accounted for. For my illustration board jetpack I used the printouts as a template and marked corners and curves using a compass pointer, then connected the dots with pencil lines and cut them out. Glue depends on your material of course.

Well I'm planning on using different thicknesses of EVA foam just cause I'm doing this as a Halloween project with my dad. I don't need it to accurate but accurate enough that some one can recognize it as Boba Fett. Saying that my mom got me an inflatable jet pack, and there's no way on earth I'm using that.

Any real good, build treads? I find most don't post enough pictures and skip steps. Most are using cardboard, I plan to use Sintra so a guide using plastics would be great.

I believe I used 4" inner diameter thick wall pvc for the middle tank. If you have the patterns printed out you should have a circle on the top plate that shows you how big it needs to be.

The side tanks I never did find a pvc pipe option that worked well in either white pvc or electrical conduit.

I believe they are roughly the diameter of a soda can, but can't remember exactly.

I wound up using the tubes from two hanging bird feeders I found at a store. I filled the with expanding foam to make them rigid then filled some of the holes with putty (fortunately most of them were behind the panels that make up the outer housing so I didn't have to worry about those). I remember I took a flexible sewing tape measure with me to some stores and looked up and down aisles for any product that had long tubes involved.

Here's a link to my original thread that does have some inner construction pics. Warning though...I have never finished it as I kind of lost the bug for a while. Been back at it here recently though working on painting the helmet finally. I will probably get back to this at some point...hopefully lol!

Also, finding it tricky on where all the pieces go and what piece with what with this template since there are a lot of pieces. Any tutorial I could follow? Or just general help? Maybe even a completed one someone has so I can see what it should look like.
Thanks. :)

Well I made one using the templates, I made a mistake on the hooks at the time so pay no attention to that, but have a look at the link provided its on my build thread, its not overly detailed in it's construction but gives you some insight

What will you be using to build it with?

I'm using all foam to keep it light and easy to work with so eva and craft foam. This is for the jetpack part. I'm so pumped to make Boba and it's for a con in July along with my costume.

I'll be using mostly foam for everything, eva and craft foam. Building the jetpack for a Boba costume for a con in July along with my own cosplay.

Thanks for the link, just needed some photos to get an idea of how everything is put together~
