Alright so here’s where I’m at with the jetpack so far it’s getting there for sure!

That’s a wrap on the jetpack!! Hopefully my hardware will come in soon. I do have a working beacon light on this pack as well! I also installed a working light on my right gauntlet hooked up to the switches on the side!

One small thing to point out. Just curious where the white decal is? (as pictured below)

Maybe I missed it and you already said it was coming. If so, my mistake! Other than that, it looks really great! I’m sure a proud feeling once you seen the final product!

I tried to run through all the posts but I couldn't find it, is the jetpack from Grimworks Armory? He uses the same stencil on his boxes. I just got one of his resin helmets and it's beautiful, I am going to paint it up for my PP2. Just curious. Love the way your jetpack turned out man, it looks amazing!

ShortFuse is correct, in that it came from Coz3D, a user on TDH who is known as Demmoc . I have the very same pack from him (as seen in my animated .gif) I just gave mine the ROTJ splash of colors.

Finally have the knees almost completely together

Yes I did use an airbrush to do most of the shading but I also used some washes as well!

Well guys after all the new discoveries on Ord Mantells WIP I dove right into the rabbit hole with the whole xlr cable thing lol and my jetpack is from coz3D and on the back of the jetpack there is no area to hook up the xlr cables like there are on the nicer jetpacks on the market (not saying coz3D isn’t nice it’s actually pretty amazing for the price). So I though well why not make my own lol without giving it a whole lot of thought I started cutting into my newly painted and “finished jetpack” which was very nerve wracking and this is what I came up with and did!! I know it’s not 100% movie accurate but I love it and it definitely gives the jetpack a little more accuracy than before! I’ll post some pictures of where I started to where I am now and when I’m done I’ll post those pics as soon as I get to that point lol the first picture is what the jetpack back looks like when you get the kit the last photo is with it finally primed and ready to paint! Hope y’all enjoy and if anyone has this kit or wants to do what I did feel free to message me and I can walk you through the steps!

Here it is with the final paint. I will be receiving the xlr port tomorrow so hopefully by the end of the day tomorrow the jetpack should be complete
