hmm... how do you plan to attach the elastique to yours.... im stuck at that point...

Velcro is glued on with goop, on the knee's is the fuzzy side, and on the elastic I sewed the hook side. I slid them on and attach them to my knee with an elastic patch on the knee front to keep them from slipping around then slip in the elastic strap.
