Some key notes on the gauntlets if you didn’t know even though the CRL states is that the darts on the gauntlets should only have black showing and is is pretty faded. Also, the keypad buttons aren’t colored but the keypad is weathered

I really should update my thread as i've done a ton of different things and more soon to come.

Yeah Alco switches should be left out, but you should have two holes drilled.

Yes it does plus it is screen accurate too.

Gauntlets are coming along nicely. Left is ready for paint. The right is almost done just a little bit of trimming to fit and Velcro check.

All prep work is done for both gauntlets. Just need to hit it with some 400 sandpaper. Then primer.

Got 2 good coats of Tamiya grey primer on the gauntlets. Hopefully silver tonight if the family doesn’t go to Disney.

Airbrushed the silver. Going to let dry for a couple days before stenciling some of damage. I know the SE gauntlets were painted topically. I will go over the damage topically. Also I might airbrush a some flat black to give some depth to the Model Masters Box Car Red I will be using.
