Sintra,wood dowel,plastic pipe and 1/4 lexan plastic.

I would say a total of 6 hours.

They look very nice, very well done. Nice thing about these of course is that you only need to worry about the top few inches lol...

Seriously, very cool. Maybe rust them up with some burnt umber paint...

(always gotta suggest some dirt)
