Got some paint on it finally! Still need to make the thrusters and I need some greeblies and more painting.......

i saw the photos you had up of all the cardboard bits...but now its together and painted it really looks great!!!You must have a lot of patience:thumbsup:

What are the gaps between the cardboars and the cans filled with?
This thread is pretty old and Honus might not be looking at it too much anymore. However, the last time he was on TDH was 11 days ago, so you can send him a Private Message and he might get back to you that way.

I do check in from time to time- we just had a baby boy earlier this year so I've been pretty busy! The gaps around the soada cans are filled in with spray insulation foam and then smoothed with spackling paste.

I need to get going on my next big project......:eek:
