Hey, guys! It’s been awhile since I’ve posted on here. But I’m happy to say that I’ve begun my new ESB Boba Fett build! I’ve been planning this one out in my head for years and years, and I’m super excited to get it going finally.
Last time I suited up as Boba was 2014, which was also the last time I made any upgrades to my kit. (I’ll most likely post some older pics of my last kit on here at some point.) So I’ve been out of the game, Fett-wise for a while. Been doing Kylo Ren, Jack Sparrow, Spider-man and others since (which you can check out on my cosplay Instagram: UltiNate Cosplay (@ultinate_cosplay) • Instagram photos and videos and Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/UltiNateCosplay/),but now that I have a little more of a steady job and such, I’m super eager to get back in some armor!
Oh, and before we start, let me just say that I’m not currently shooting for 501st/MMCC approval. The idea for this kit is to see just how accurate a costume I can make without paying a whole mortgage on it. As is with all my other costume builds. I have a pretty good track record, I’m happy to say, so I’m pumped to see what I can manage. Oh, and I’ve given myself a soft deadline of May 2020 to finish up. Don’t really have any cons lined up, but I figure it’d be cool to have it for the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back.
