Holy Moly I won!!

Does anyone know if I'll be able to take pictures with it? If I were to see ET waving I want to be able to show you guys..lol.

I know some do... but not sure on this particular model. I know for sure
you'll be able to have a great views at your nieghbors window...hehe! J/K :D

I have a 90 and while I can see the cloud bands on Jupiter and some nebula they are still pretty tiny and faint and exciting to see, just not worth the expense of getting a camera set up. You can take pictures with that telescope depending on the f rating and how good you are with playing with exposure lengths. You will need a CCD camera and or an adapter for a film camera. But I'm no expert.

Its been awhile since I took out my set-up at night (since my laptop died)...

For my version there is an adapter (about $20) that lets you use a specific Phillips CCD webcam as the basis of a cheap but hi quality astrophotography set-up... I have links and sites etc. on my old Mac. I can dig out what I have if your interested?

I took a couple of nice Lunar shots with a 2.5MP camera just held up to the eyepiece before my adapter came - can also post if you like :)

Well worth the time and energy - I wouldnt get rid of my set-up if you begged me!
Love it!

Dave
