HELP - need help in finding a Laser Etcher/router

Does anyone know where I can get some files cut? Laser Cutting/Etching based on .eps files or .bmp files or even .dxf files?

I have the files drawn up, I just need a laser cutter or router to cut for me. Any idea on costs. Basically, I am building up on a .5" thick Sintra spine, then adding .25" inch thick greeblies and details. Low cost would be good.
