ESB Cat scratch template help

I'm painting a new bucket and I can't seem to find the thread with the cat scratch template along with all the other scratches on the ESB dome. I specifically remember there was a pdf file for just the cat scratch. Does anyone know where to find it? Your help is very much appreciated!!!
