Dye Process

So I've got my new MOW flightsuit, and my RIT Pearl Gray dye. Getting ready to do the deed for my RotJ Boba. I'm guessing RIT Pearl Gray at the recommended concentration is too dark for RotJ. For those of you who have used this color of dye, did you add less dye to the water?

Also, has anyone used a pinch of brown to their gray dye bath to add that slight tint of brown that may (or may not?) show in the jumpsuit?

Ive also ordered the MOW flight suit and was wondering how yours turned out, or if you have proceded, I too am curious on the dying process.
