Man, I can't wait to see you do the back armor and I saw on your spreadsheet you're planning on doing gaunts in aluminum. That is gonna rock. If you have time and can shoot pics, I'd love to watch that process! I would imagine there'll be some TIG welding involved?
 
here is a small update I did receive the flight suit spats and vest from Arkady I now have an extra vest if anyone needs one it does have snaps on it though.. I still need to dye the flight suit and weather it that should be done today. also ignore the Mannequin im 5'7" the mannequin is 6'2" so it looks a lot better on me.

So this has been a roller coaster ride. So after finally getting the jumpsuit dyed the correct color I was looking at it the other day and was like doesn't boba have a second set of pockets. So I look in the box and **** I have white pockets. Do you know hard it is to get the second dye to match the first? So after like 40 attempts a crap load of bleach some green/blue/black dye I found the right combination or at least close enough that I can airbrush a little dirt to make it blend here we have it. There still a little wet in that picture it's almost non-noticable when dry

Another update finished the Jetpack harness I will add the straps tonight. Man I wish one of you guys lived close to me we would have some awesome build parties. Next is Gauntlets. Once Im done building Boba I plan on tackling R2D2

On a Side Note Once completed can any one give me an estimate on the approximate value of this costume I want to make sure it is covered by insurance
