here's a free one you can 3D print.
I recommend using a resin printer, but in theory you could
FDM print it in a high quality setting. Enjoy!

This is the Disney parks Boba. Their washer appears slightly wider, but the idea is the same.

Awesome! Thank you for the file. I did design a 3D version of the stabilizer for printing after the screen used one and also from the one JJ Industries makes in aluminum.

I printed yours in PLA, and by using your measurements, I created a new one, a smoother version, and a little wider just like the one from the Disney Parks. This one could be easily printed in resin and I will try it tomorrow with my resin printer. I've posted it on Thingiverse and I gave you credit for it as well.

I _thought_ I smoothed the faces on mine, but must have missed a step in the creation process. I was basing my file on screen caps and a picture I saw of the uber JJ pack. I'm going to grab yours too and give it a test! I need to clean my resin printer and give it a go. Shouldn't take long since they're such small parts.

Mine didn't looked as good as I was expecting, it flares out a little at the bottom. I think it is something to do with my resin printer leveling or settings. A lot of my prints came out "squished" in a way, that I had to increase the scale on the Z-axis to make it look right, which I had to do the same for the model of my OCP Police helmet ear cap detail. I still haven't printed one properly to use, I will post pics later.

BTW, at how many degrees angle did you make your edge? Mine is a tiny bit off from yours when I looked at them side by side during the creation process, I didn't fillet or chaffer it, just a straight angle after making the circle in 123D Design.

Honestly, I just looked at the references and visually compared the angles of the images, extrapolating the overall size from there. I tried to make the inset on top not too deep, and of course wide enough so the beacon sits inside. That was the plan anyway.

I think I will be redoing the one I made to be more accurate to yours, like the inset not too deep and have the angle right.
