Boba Fett ESB Promo #2 (Channel Islands/Palitoy Photo) Armor Stencils

From the moment I saw the image posted in this thread ==> New promotional Pre-pro Fett pic from 1981 I wanted to do the stencils of this particular armor, more exactly the Promo #2 armor. Recently rapstertee re-posted a higher resolution of the image on his Photobucket album which I added to the end of the fore mentioned thread. But here's the image of the Promo #2 armor with the Pre-Pro #1 helmet, the ESB right gauntlet and one of the Sandy left gauntlets:



The same setup was present in a Palitoy promotional tour too:



And here is the armor with the Sandy helmet:



Because these are the only images of this armor, the accuracy of the stencils was limited to the visible areas (the chest plates, the center diamond, the abdominal plate and the front side of the shoulder bells) while the rest of the armor is a mash-up of the Pre-Pro #2 and Promo #1 armors.

Another great thing is that these stencils were made using my own armor templates (which are pretty close in size to WOF's large armor templates) that I will make it public in the near future. Now on to the stencils...

Armor Layout



While I'm 99.99% sure that this stencil will not be used on any armor, my goal is to have stencils for each of the suits that existed pre and post ESB and ROTJ. My only missing link is now the Sandy helmet stencil...

Me too! I could do the Sandy helmet stencils with the existing images, but because of the low-res images I would use a lot of guess work and my own interpretations (which I like to avoid). Maybe one day...
