here is my build history!
i started with an halloween costume and after upgrade on upgrade, work on work, pain on pain i decided to make a 501 costume!

let's start from my budget halloween costume !

hello all! i post the progress of my handmade boba fett esb costume . I did all by my hand:
helmet and gauntlets with pepakura,
armor with old putty cans,
boots with a 15 $ supermaret boots,
jumpsuit with an old worksuit sewed by my great mum,
knees with templates.
holster with syntra and blaster with and old child gun.
It think it's not so bad in relation of my very low budget so i'm really glad of the result. Tell me what do you think about it )

shin tools done pretty happy about this work on real paterson squegee and mixer. the stell pipe was an handle of a corkscrew broken xD

i am thinking about it but at the moment i don't know, maybe i can buy greeblies ecc and doing the tubes of the blaster by my self. but at the moment i'm working on the harness, i hope it will be a good prop

at the moment i weathered the suit and finish my jetpack!! after doing this photo i saw that i forgot to put the shin tools xD
the only problem of my flight suit is that my shin tools pockets are a different grey...that's why i weathered a lot in this area but u can see it though...i became mad but idid not find the same grey of the worker suit i have bought soo f+++k off!

at the moment i'm also thinking about making it more comfortable because the armor restricts movements a lot and it's also soo hot ..

no i bought if fomr chuck ruffin , it's a good and cheap kit , maybe not accurate like MOW but good i think

You've got the right idea. I'd say take the gradient a bit higher above the pockets since there's still a sharp line on the top of the pockets. Also make the bottoms a bit darker so it matches the colour of the pockets.
