I've had good luck with messaging
woodman. And in my opinion there's nothing wrong with following-up either.
IF I was a vendor, I wouldn't think of that as being annoying - but I'd be rather appreciative of the follow-up. I'd probably be like "
Oh crap, I haven't gotten back to that customer yet - and I see they have some concerns." I mean, I can't speak for any of the vendors on here, but I'd be VERY surprised to hear if a vendor on TDH was surly with someone simply for "
Checking In".
I've sold a couple things here on TDH in the Cargo Hold and I actually reach out to the buyers to see if they have the package (
Cause I'm tracking it too) and usually a follow-up later to see if they are enjoying it. But if you have TONS of customers, that level of customer service and follow-up with your customers is near impossible. Especially if your a one-person show. Which if I'm not mistaken Woodman has more than a handful of customers. I think that following up every 48-72 hours of not hearing anything is acceptable. And it could very well be like what
VutycFett is saying, probably busy with life/family. And as
BudaFett said, Woodman is a well respected and longtime member of TDH - and it seems a lot of folks recommend him.
...Just my two cents.
