Hey Guys, I need some help from any member that use an accurate style Jetpack harness.
I created one that is 13” in height. the issue I have is that when worn, it seems to stick up between my shoulder blades. to remedy that by loosened the straps so that the harness sits a few inches lower which helps. BUT when I did a test fit, the back armour didn’t conform to my back like my previous harness setup.
I was thinking I could possibly try a couple of things .
any help or other solutions are appreciated.

I was thinking I could possibly try a couple of things .
- shorten the overall height by 1.5”, hopefully making it a snug fit to my back.
- Curving the top a bit to reduce the profile a bit. so it won’t be sticking so straight up.
